Membership Package Extension Policy
  • Membership package extensions will follow the specific extension option selected by you at the time of the request.
  • All extension requests are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified once processed.
  • There is a one time admin fees of RM19 for every extension of already expired package.
  • Once extended, the package is deemed final and is no longer eligible for any upgrades, transfer, changes, conversion to a new package, or further extensions using Loyalty Points.
  • Please note that when a package is extended, the original package is considered expired based on its original expiry date. The extension process does not prolong the validity of the original package. Instead, a new, non-refundable replacement package is created solely for continued usage convenience.
  • As such, once an extension is processed, the original package is deemed fully utilized. The newly issued replacement package holds no monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transfer or converted.

Extension Calculation:
  • For active packages, the extension period will be calculated based on the current expiry date.
  • For expired packages, the extension period will begin from the date the extension request is made. There is a one time admin fees of RM19 for every extension of already expired package.
