Free Passes, Complimentary Passes, Friend Transfer, Monthly and Unlimited Packages are not transferable, upgradable or extendable
CHANGE OR UPGRADE SELECTED PACKAGE
If your package is expiring or there is a package that suit you better, you can change or upgrade them:
You can only upgrade or change your membership under following criteria:
- Classic Passes Membership only. Not applicable for Flexi Monthly or Monthly Membership or Unlimited Packages or FITsy Signature Packages or FITsy Yoga Packages
- Passes has not expired
- Passes are not complimentary or free passes
- You need to top up the difference if your new chosen package is higher in value than your current package. No refund if your new chosen package is lower in value than your current package or lesser than RM20, an one time RM20 administrator fees is imposed.
- All bookings booked using old membership will be cancelled after upgrade. You will need to rebook.
TRANSFER TO A FRIEND
- In order to proceed with the transfer, your friend must have a FITsy account. They can easily create a free FITsy account by clicking the following link: click here to create free account.
- The validity of your friend's package will be determined by the option you select, and it will not be the same validity as your current package.
- Upon a successful transfer, your friend's package validity will start from the date of the transfer.
- It's important to note that your friend's package cannot be upgraded, transferred, or extended at any point in the future.
- Please be aware that all transfers are considered final and cannot be reversed.
- You can transfer up to total of 4 passes for normal price packages and up to total of 2 passes for promotion packages with 7 days validity for free.
- Classic Passes Membership only. Not applicable for Flexi Monthly or Monthly Membership or Unlimited Packages or FITsy Signature Packages or FITsy Yoga Packages
- If your package is lock specific studio only, the package transferred will also lock to the same studio. In example if your package can only be used for FITsy Sri Petaling, once transferred, it can only be used for FITsy Sri Petaling only.
CHANGE TO FITSY SIGNATURE PASS
- You can change to Signature Pass to attend Signature Classes like Pole Dance Classes
- There is no limit on how many Signature Passes you wish to change as long as you have enough FITsy Classic Passes
- Converted Signature Passes have validity of 14 days from date of conversion.
- Please be aware that all changes are considered final and cannot be reversed.
